-Return Policy
Returns must be processed within 14 days of sale. If a product is not received during the return period a refund will not be processed. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply on all non-defective product. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) request is required and must be completed before returning any merchandise. Returned product must be complete, and contain all software, or accessories provided at time of original purchase. When shipping a return, customer must include the corresponding RMA number to aid in processing the request.
-Warranty
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are listed on the product information page. In most, but not all cases, the warranty covers a period of one year on new products and 90 days on those that are refurbished. Be sure to check the specific information provided on a product’s information page before ordering as warranties do vary.
-Shipping
Shipping is always FREE! Every order, Every product! Orders are usually shipped between 1-2 weeks. The shipping method is usually USPS or FedEx ground. We will email you the tracking info once your product is shipped.
