Q.  What information do I need to provide Geeka Tronics when I call, chat or e-mail?

    Q.  How do credits/refunds work? How is a refund/credit applied? Does Geeka Tronics offer in-store credit?
    A.  Most credits will be charged back to the original method of payment within the refund period. 
    Q.  Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
    A.  It takes us approximately 2-3 months to process a credit back to your credit card 


    Q.  How will I keep track of my order’s progress when I submit an order with Geeka Tronics?
    A.  Geeka Tronics will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
    Q.  Does Geeka Tronics accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?
    A.  All orders must be placed online or by phone.  No other forms of orders can be processed.

    Q.  What payment methods does Geeka Tronics accept?
    A.  All major credit cards (visa, mastercard, AMEX, discover) and google checkout.
    Q.  How long does it generally take to ship an order?
    A.  Generally 1-2 weeks
    Q.  Was my order submitted successfully? I didn’t see an order confirmation page.
    A.  If you didn’t see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Please wait approximately 15 minutes and refresh your order status page in order to confirm whether or not your order was successfully submitted.  You may also check your email for the order confirmation.
    Q.  Is the Geeka Tronics website secure? What security features are in place to safeguard my information?
    A.  Security is a top priority at Geeka Tronics. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
 When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software  currently available in the industry - SSL. Geeka Tronics uses the most advanced form of SSL software available: 128-bit encryption by Comodo.

    Q.  I can’t login to the Geeka Tronics website. What can I do?
    A.  If you are entering the correct email address and password, and your account has not been suspended due to fraud or chargeback, please try the following:
         Enable Cookies.
         Enable Javascript.
         Clear existing cookies and cache.
         Make sure the date/time on your computer is correct for your time zone.
         Make sure you do not block our site or our image cache server (AKAMAI).
         If you are using Internet Explorer, set your security profile to Medium and enable “Override automatic cookie handling”. (Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced)
    Q.  Does Geeka Tronics charge sales tax?
    A.  Yes
    Q.  When and why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?
    A.  Only when a product is non-defective and it is 20% of the product price.

    A.  FREE! Always free, no minimum purchase, no specific products all and every product has free shipping!

    Q.  What shipping carriers are used to ship products?
    A.  Either UsPS or FedEx ground will be used to ship the products.
